Dwight Smith has a long history of providing excellent music for the city of Chicago. He has been in the music industry for over 40yrs. His long list of accomplishments include producing music for Lou Rawls, providing musical arrangements for The Spinners, The Whispers, writing songs and music for Klymaxx and working with George Clinton, and producers Terry Lewis and Jimmie Jam.
He has produced smaller productions in Chicago which include the most successful Motown Revue in the City of Chicago and AJacks Music Mania.
Under his direction, The Dwight Orchestra takes you on a journey back to the beautiful music of Count Bassie, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Harry Connick Jr. Orchestras. He works with many of Chicago's and Northwest Indiana best vocalists.
